Anselmo Guido Pecorari (May 19, 1946 in Sermide, Province of Mantua, Italy) is a Roman Catholic archbishop and diplomat. ==Biography== Consecrated as priest in 1970, he is an expert in Ecclesiastical Law and Roman Catholic theology.
